I asked specifically for my eyebrows a certain way, the lady changed the shape and made it to thin. After explaining this is not what I asked for, she said she can't do anything and that it is fine. I would appreciate someone to contact me as she refused to give me a manager's contact number to discuss further, her level of expertise, professionalism, and skills, was not adequate.

Went in for eyebrow threading and walked out with messy dissatisfied eyebrows and my skin was cut. I recommended staffing be consistent on each day as there is only 1-2 members who does a splendid job. Always did my best to rock up the days when certain staff members were present but lately haven't been able to as staff has been changed around.

I m very disappointed after my visit today. I’ve been going to this place for 3 years but the lady was there she took 15-20 minutes for just the brows and the shape for both brows are totally different. Do not recommend.

Very rushed messy work. Two totally different shaped eyebrows that I now have to pay to be reshaped. Eyelash tint, henna brow and lip was cost me $100. I wish I had have used a beautician. Do not recommend.

I've been a client since they opened and this place used to be excellent, but some of the new staff are inexperienced and unhelpful. I had an awful experience last week with my brows being hacked by scissors and destroyed (they don't just grow back easily at my age). I reached out on Facebook with photos and on the website (as advised by the staff member who tried to fix the damage her colleague did and took the photos to show her owner) with no response from the owner. At another recent visit the staff wouldn't sell me the 5 visit card I've been buying for years (used to cost $75) saying it's for people with heavy growth who come fortnightly and I should just come and pay per visit. When I tried to buy one, she said it costs $99 now, which is obviously higher than the cost of 5 individual visits at the current price of $18.So disappointed that I'll have to find another place after all these years!

Happy with perfect eyebrows done today. Kamal did a great job, she listened carefully and did exactly as requested. After a long time happy the way my brows are done. Thanks
