No matter the issue/problem, the girls have always been able to solve the issue.Kathryn and Annette have been absolute god sends, going above and beyond each time. I recently joined Matchworks, and they have been brilliant! Kind, encouraging and eager to assist me. It is like chatting to a friend. I can't speak highly enough of Matchworks, and would recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

During covid the match works has been very accomodating in regards to my health concerns and have been offering me phone and zoom appointments so I did not have to go into the office, which I very much appreciate. This jobactive stuff is all new to me and the staff from day 1 made me feel valued and cared about as a client not just a number on a check list and when my regular consultant was not available the office staff were happy to take my call, answer my questions about using the jobactive website which helped alot and i feel more positive about my chances of finding new work.
