Brilliant face to face product knowledge. Would buy again from Taylor’s but their back of house service and repair deptmt is really lacking. Long wait times and when they advise short wait times it blows out with staff off. The biggest issue is they tried to argue with me that Taylor’s don’t need to give you a courtesy call if it’s going to be weeks longer. Bit rich considering they also hit you for a pre-service deposit. If they had a bit of competition they’d realise they need to up their PR skills.

Bought both my whipper snipper and mower from Taylor's, was given great advice and service. Self propulsion cable broke while under warranty and was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.Their tip to soak the whipper snipper cord overnight before using was an absolute game changer. Highly recommend them.

Purchased a Victa commercial mower from Taylors Broadmeadow store while working temporarily in Newcastle over 4 years ago. I live in Kariong & took my mower to a mower place not far from home at West Gosford for replacement of a cable for the self-propulsion system. The local mower place had it for 2 months, & I was still waiting on the part to come from overseas. On top of that, the mower wasn’t even looked, as I was sure there were other issues. I then had enough of waiting & decided to take it back then make the drive up to Taylor’s Broadmeadow to see what they could do. Taylor’s Broadmeadow, improvised and shortened the existing cable & on top of that, they found the belt was seized due to dirt & grass trapped in the mechanism balking one of the wheels. They cleaned it out & checked the mower & now the mower is running great.. All up I only waited a week & was only charged $96 by Taylors Mowing Broadmeadow. Thanks to Reece & co. Excellent service & honest. Highly recommended.

Yet again did the right thing fixed my Honda whipper, did things I didn’t ask but absolutely needed to be done to work. Highly recommend and will use again.

The staff at Taylors Broadmedow are sensational. I am speaking about Jay and Reece. These two men are very professional and give excellent personal attention. I experienced this firsthand today and I made an expensive purchase of a line trimmer. Reece gave me very good advice and he knew everything about the product. He was very generous with his time and actually I did not complete my business until after closing time

I left my mower in store to get fixed about 2 years ago, then received one and only one email said job ready at Taylors Outdoor Power Equipment-Broadmeadow. At the same time i was stuck in overseas. When I visit the store today (after 2 years since i received the email), i was told the mower had been discarded. When I asked the staff why there was no email to notify the customer this, he responded the job ready email means they can discarded, make none sense to me at all!!When i left the store, i noticed they are selling a second hand blue mower looks exactly like mine, same condition, same style. If you have been to the store, you will notice that they only have orange and white or some red mowing equipments...that blue mower got my attention in a very bizarre way!!!Anyway, never go back again and never suggest anyone to go to the store.

Just had my old Victa repaired and serviced. It was being held together with tape and cable ties. Took a while due to COVID but I was told that would be the case when I dropped it off. When they sent me the SMS about it being finished and the amount I was a bit surprised by how much it cost. When they brought it out from the workshop it looked like a brand new mower. They had repaired everything on the mower and it runs fantastic. Great job men and the price was more than reasonable.
