We took our little girl for her first swimming lesson on Saturday and she LOVED it. The teachers are really well trained and the exercises are well though out. Couldn't be happier, we are taking her every weekend!

Biggest waste of time and money.Instructor always seemed disinterested and bored. My child got nothing out of these lessons. The woman walking around with the ipad was clearly just there for show.Everyone is useless, don’t bother.

GOOD:- The skill/ability of the instructors is great.- Reception staff are always friendly and helpful.- Always able to find parking in the building's underground carpark. Parking is free once you validate carpark ticket at reception.BAD:- The enclosed pool area is poorly designed as there is insufficient space and seating which is only available on two sides of the pool. It is often overcrowded and difficult to move about or find a seat.- No (Optus) mobile data reception (due to being inside building on ground floor). Carlie Swimming does NOT provide free wi-fi for the numerous parents sitting there for 30 to 60 mins at a time with no mobile data reception!!!- The SINGLE lift to the carpark (and gym) is often full in peak times and egress can be tortuous.

The facilities are really nice. The staff and swimming instructors are really professional and helpful. And the prices for the lessons are really affordable and reasonable.High praises to the way the swimming instructors conduct themselves and how interactive/engaging they are with the young swimmers.Highly recommended.

The attention to detail is outstanding here. The feedback from my kids are amazing. Congratulations to the team and special thanks to Zac for providing us with such detailed technical information. Highly recommend.

I took my granddaughter there every Monday for about 45 weeks, in that time wasn't elevated to the next level. Every time a new child started in her class she had to start back at the start again. The teachers are fine, but there's no set classes. She never once jumped into the pool, not sure what she would do if she ever fell in if she would know how to save herself? Seems an important lesson that's not taught. This is a money making company, don't waste your money like I did for 18 months.

I have decide to take my child to this facility just because the convenience of living next door. The time and money spent here have been totally wasted. I did not had a good vibe from the beguinning, the backoffice lady is really unfriendly and not customer focused. They just want your money. Unfortunately that did not stop me to sign my child up for the “courses”. He spends most of the lesson being held by the instructor which does not teach indipendente or stimulate the child confidence in the water. When we pointed that out we have been told that the problem is our child and that he is not ready yet. I would have made more progresses teaching my child myself in the bathtub at home. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I am actually going to move to another facility very soon.

Our Grand Daughter has started her first swimming lessons here and she loves it. What a great way to introduce children to swimming and water safety and in such a lovely environment. The teachers are excellent and well trained. The exercises for each level are so well thought out and taught in way that is fun and interesting to the children, making the whole learning process easy for them. There is plenty of seating around the pool for parents and grand parents to watch. We had no trouble getting parking and there is Cafe@49 in the same building on Queens Road for an after lesson treat.

Went there for our first lesson. The teacher Kim was very helpful and positive. Looking forward to the next class.3 classes later:I started noticing that the place is really noisy and there's not enough attention per student. It was hard for me to focus on what I've being told because it's so noisy and everything is done very quickly in the class.I know it's due to big demand and not enough room but my baby was crying because of the noise and we couldn't focus properly. The teachers are really good, advice given is good but this place is not for us. We'll be looking for a more individual approach with less people in the pool.Thank you for showing us the first basics.
