Won't name the agent. Really disappointed with the services by these people and the conveyancer they recommend which is we know conveyancing". To share with you all this was our 3rd property buying but first with these guys Eleet caroline springs. So we were not new buying property and the services we received were so hopeless and not helpful can't tell each detail..but you can expect lack of due diligence

I am so disappointed with Akshit there was no handover on settlement day promised keys, remotes and manuals not available when I arrived at the Agency for collection. Several phone calls since have not been replyed to. I feel they have now received their commission and do not want to assist me at all.Not in line with the awards they claim.I have discussed my issues with Akshit on delivery and handover. He has assured me he will make sure that he will improve in this area. Give him a fair go as his service was excellent with the sale process and if he improves his delivery you will be getting the best service available.

Went for an inspection and there was no clear directions of how to find the house since it wasn’t updated on maps. After numerous calls trying to get in touch with agent, told them we were around the corner and they said it’s fine to come. Get to the house with 5 mins left and the agent locks the front the door and then comes out to say it’s too late. We came from over an hour to inspect the house and instead of allowing us to have a quick glance of the property agent just argues and wastes our time. Need better customer service

The worst real estate agents ever!Dealt with these guys after they took over the lease for the originals!No communication unless they want something, I had to explain to them tradies are not allowed in my house with 2 hours notice and no one being there!Also taking them through vcat to get my bond back as they have no idea!
