Ridiculous service by Mr. Phill. I was there when he handed over the car keys to a customer. Should not be in this profession. If you can't treat well your customers then this job is not for you. Shame.

Don't blindly faith in them with what they show on the bill when your car service get done as per log book. They don't rotate the tyres where it says rotate tyre" on the bill. I don't know why they say we will give a "complimentary wash" when they hardly do any washing. You can clearly see the stains on the car. They just wipe windows and spray tyre shiner on the dust and that's it. I would recommend them please don't be dishonest with your customers. Customers can see what you have done and what you haven't done."

Not the best customer service I have experienced when purchasing a new vehicle.Sales person didn't seem to care about customer service, got my deposit and after that if I didn't contact him he didn't contact me.Buying a new car should be exciting and fun but this time round it wasn't.Taken my car to another dealer for peace of mind 1,000klm service, much more friendly and care given.Suzuki Hillcrest will get no recommendations from me.

Very poor customer service by PHILL.I was there when he was delivering a new car to a customer. Very very rude and unprofessional. He shouldn’t be at that place.

Twice this week I’ve phoned the Service Advisor department so far, asking for help in sourcing and installing a genuine part for my vehicle since a previous servicer installed the wrong branded part in my car. And twice the girls on the phone have told me they’d liaise with the parts department and phone me back, and haven’t. Pretty horrendous.

08/2022 when we discuss the deposit for new Jimny with James Lee, He said that we could take our deposit back. however, when we tried to cancel the order and take the deposit back, James Lee were not willing to give back the money. it's been like this for about 6 months. we recently send out an email to ask when we can get the deposit back, and James email back: I have requested few months ago, i will chase it with manager to see why it has not been process.
