Professional Cooling Solutions
This guy shows up, fluffs around seems more interested in chatting than doing his job. After he left, our AC unit was noisier than before he arrived, it only worsened from there. We had to call someone else in a couple of weeks later to fix something he had left loose in the ducting. After I called him and complained he tried to tell me it wasn't his fault it's just because our AC is old.

Charged us nearly $1000 to do a maintenance check on our AC unit. It took him half a day and he broke our unit and then denied it on the phone. We have since had to have another company come and fix the damage he denied. Absolutely taken for a ride by this man.

Our 20 year old ducted system needed to be updated with a more powerful and also more efficient system. Boyd took a look at what we had and gave a few options at various price points. He replaced the AC unit, cleaned out and reused the existing ducting which he said was in a great condition, added a wifi integration and then tuned the system so it worked well in all rooms. Very happy with the result and a nice cool summer.
