Same as all vets very expensive lady at reception very nice don't really want to go again

Great veterinary, awesome service saved my dog after a snake bite. But very expensive.

Hats off to the wonderful staff who sent nurses in their own vehicle to collect a distressed little cat from a retirement village for an elderly man who had no way of getting to the surgery you are awesome and caring people thank you so much

If you are looking for a compassionate vet when you are beside yourself do not go here, the female vets are lovely but the luck of getting them are slim, after multiple visits at the vet and still no diagnosis my patience was wearing thin and so was my bank account not to mention my dachshund was dying. The lack of empathy from the male vet was horrible and I was told I was being dramatic while looking at my chest. They charged me every visit even though they were the ones getting it wrong. $800 later and still with nothing but receipts. You should retire, it’s clear the only reason you do this is for money. I can’t believe I trusted you. Never again.

My cat was injured I went straight there and they see him straight away no hesitation. Lil expensive $85 consultation etc. But anything to see him as he was before injury. Crazy ,cheaky, sneaky etc stopped purring.

If you're looking for a place to take your sick pet, this is THE place! It is clear that they have the animal's best interest at heart, but they also looked after me as well. Other vets in the area make you help while they do stressful or scary things with your pet, but these guys do it all behind closed doors and then ta-da all done". I'm truly impressed with them

We came here on a last minute option due to thinking our puppy was bit by a snake after hours. Jess (vet) was amazing, super quick and compassionate and gave us multiple updates during the stay. Our puppy came home and everything was good and unfortunately the issue occurred again so took him straight in. This time we had the male vet. No idea what his name is because not once did he introduce himself. Never gave us an update once and we were the ones having to call to find out what was going on. Was rude on the phone and had no compassion at all. Was there for 5 days and never found a diagnosis for our puppy and didn’t do any tests to find out what was going on even though they were trying to charge us $2000. Upon pick up, was rude and unhelpful even after seeing my hands were full with my son and my dog. Also didn’t property explain the medication process. Went to the reception and the lady was very rude after saying we need a payment plan due to how expensive it is. Didn’t once offer to help even after she could see I was struggling. A kind stranger thankfully helped me out while I filled out the form otherwise I would’ve dropped my son. Never again will I come back here!

Great friendly service! Quick and easy to book an appointment, i was able to get in that morning when my cat had been in an accident. Great follow up service.My cat who is not normally good with strangers was actually happy to be with the vets.

Very poor attitude Gaye Hazlett told me not to bring my kittens to them. Go somewhere else
