Claire and the team do a wonderful job with our 11 year old Lhasa, Maxi. They are friendly, welcoming and finish within the time frame given. Maxi comes out of the salon looking handsome and relaxed. We are now regular clients. Happy to recommend.

Very poor. No way near as good as 'Fairy Tails' was. Couldn't even smell the shampoo on my dog afterwards. I had to explain that I wanted my boy 'stripped' of his undercoat, the young girl didn't have any idea what I meant. I took my dog home and took more undercoat off him. Also, they had a random woman and her infant child standing behind the counter, which was inappropriate. Overall, very unprofessional and no where near as good as their predecessors. Will not be returning.
