We used the Dietary Solutions meal plans for a 4 Week Challenge with our gym members. They loved that it was personalised and liked the variety, and that the meals weren’t too complicated. As a coach and business owner it was simple to use and cost effective and now we can offer an ongoing nutrition service to our members that would like to continue on with new meal plans week by week after the challenge has ended. We can also now offer a package to new members that are starting out and need help with both their training and nutrition. Both the website and app are easy to use and any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly.

I have been searching for a solution like this! I know how to program meal plans for clients but when I started getting more clients I found my time being sucked up. This software allows me to free up my time better spent on coaching nutrition rather than being bogged down in the macro details etc. also I really have to trust the meals being given and they have to be what I would eat myself or prescribe to clients myself, after reviewing all the meals I can say that I would give these. The ability to swap meals based on user preference is awesome. The other thing I want to know in future is if it’s possible to upload my own recipes? Otherwise highly recommend this service if you’re a fitness coach or nutrition coach. It saves so much time and headache that you can literally scale fast! Highly recommended!

What Dietary Solutions provides is a great addition to my personal training business. I’ve always found nutrition a hassle, getting a programme is one thing, understanding the reasons why eat certain things and when is another.
