Really disappointed by the service we have received by Poolwerx Beenleigh over the past 12 months. Didn't have any issues over the first couple of months but then issues started to appear.- Invoices were not sent through to us then they refused to perform scheduled pool servicing due to invoices not being paid. The same invoices that were never sent.- They recorded our credit card details without authority. We provided the credit card details over the phone to pay 1 invoice.- They serviced our pool 1 month after cancelling their service and subsequently charged the saved credit card for this.- It took multiple months and requests to get copies of paid invoices.If you are looking for a pool service company, I recommend going else where.

The staff know what they are talking about. Courteous, friendly and professional. I have been going there since I had my pool installed and I consider Poolwerx Beenligh to be at the top of my list. Not many places actually listen to what you are saying well they do" why wouldn't you go there. More than 5 stars from hubby and I."

We have been using this company for our pool cleans for approximately five years now. Adrian and his team are polite, professional, turn up on time and have always provided a positive experience.

I would give 0 if I could. My partner worked for this franchise 9 months and did not receive one payment into her super account as per her employment contract.Upon her leaving I spoke to the franchisee regarding this issue which I was told that it was an error, however how can you continue making the same error for the 2 missed super payment reporting periods, especially when we checked that my partner had actually proved all her correct super account details when she first started. The franchisee was also highly rude regarding the issue and at one point during the phone call told me rudely to be quiet and then hung up on me without even a single bit of remorse for the error.I have also complained to Poolwerx head office over a week ago now and heard nothing. My partners super has still not been paid and its something that causes stress as I, myself have recently overcome cancer however we don't know if I may relapse. My concern is that without that super my partner my be screwed for her retirement if anything happens to me.Would not recommend working for or buying from this store or Poolwerx in general given their lack of action and service.Update: My partner has now received her super however we are still awaiting an apology for the way we have both been spoken more than 4 months later. This franchisee is unfit to run a business. Take you your pool service, chemical and equipment needs elsewhere. He does not look after his staff.

Understandable it's the busiest time of year just before summer. Poolwerx Beenleigh needs a lesson on how to manage customer expectations. Set timelines and stick to them and be honest and communicate when you are unable. We have been customers of Poolwerx Beenleigh for over 10 years and have never had an issue. We've been waiting over a week for at the very least a time or day for an appointment, not to mention missing the appointments. but there has been zero communication from this franchise. Be better during summer. So you can survive the winter.

Customer Service has sadly become quite poor since we first started going here 18 months ago. ☹️

After a not so great experience with another local company we called Poolwerx Beenleigh to help. Adrian came out and was very helpful and nothing was to much for him. He answered all our questions even the silly ones being first time pool owners. It was a late appointment and that did not affect his customer service! Beyond happy with the service received and we will definitely be returning customers!

Completely unprofessional and a bunch of Liars, I was lied to and held off from being refunded. My car was damaged by their work vehicle and they held off from having it payed for and fixed. I definitely wouldn't trust them with my pool, they seem very disrespectful and I tried making things easier for them. They where rude and had an extreme attitude about the situation when they where entirely at fault.

Very happy with the service received getting the sand Replaced in our pool filter. They spent the time to do a Good job. Price was very reasonable considering the size of the job it was. Was at my Door First Up with a friendly demeanour. Happy to recommend.

Great team to work with. I refer all of my Handyman clientele to Poolwerx Beenleigh because I need assurance that my clients will be serviced professionally, and remain happy!I never need to worry that Poolwerx Beenleigh would do anything short of perfection for my clients.Can’t praise them highly enough.
