Came in for a desperate universal lead for my lap top. Was very specific about needing a 'type C'. Was assured that it was the right one.It wasn't. So unable to use laptop.When it was returned. I was made to feel like the error was MY fault.I had intended to purchase another lead from them, but due to bad customer service, I will wait until I get to Geelong.

I had an old PC I hadn’t used for over 5 years and was unable to turn it on and was thinking it was a lost cause. BayIT in Drysdale was able to identify and fix the problem within 10 minutes. Very happy with the service and will be recommending them to friends!!!

5 Stars Bay IT. Quick response from FB messenger post. Our community group had problems with google sites & group email list. Isaac quickly identified our problem remotely, did the needed modifications, back up & running next day. Definitely recommend this local gem.
