great products , very convenient with delivery. Huge variety of product.I've been a customer for years. Have had a few hic cup problems but nothing that could never be fixed. Easy to order and always fresh!

From BP PRESTONS, from last 2 years we have driver Honey very nice guy delivery has never been late since he started before him we had problems with delivery getting late but now allways on time products have been great aswell.

Products are great, however expect nothing but incompetence when something goes wrong, it is near impossible to have a phone call answered and speak directly to resolve issues. It's not unreasonable to expect a large reputable company like this to have their phone lines open after 2pm. customer number 13BOR - Contact me since its impossible to contact you!

We have been using Bob & Petes since 2009 at both our restaurants. Great range of products, everything from sweet to savory and everything in between.

Had a cheese & salad wrap. One of the most foulest thing I have ever tasted. Supposed to be salad it was nearly all lettuce not much else. Pretty sure I saw a few bits of grated cheese. Also who puts pickles on a salad. Waste of my money as it went into the bin.

Bought Raspberry muffin from Jimmy G's this morning ... wondering why it was called Raspberry" ??? Lucky if it had half of a small raspberry on the top

Not a good place to work for women.An Aussie friend, 50 yo, who used to work here told me she was harassed by the men working here asking her if she wanted to marry them, I guess they were after citizenship through marriage or I don't know what else.Her manager, himself was the guy who used to encourage the other guys to do this.to the manager: my friend used to work in the pizza section of the bakery sometime around April 2021 to June 2021. If this helps you to identify the team or the guys.

Absolutely the best banana bread I have had it’s excellent. Besides all of the petty comments I’m looking at it’s the friggin bom!! Buy this stuff and toast and butter it you will thank me!!

I usually get Naturally Gluten Free bread from Gosford (that's the brand and company name). But when I recently visited Nelson Bay I had Pete & Bob's bread at a cafe by the lighthouse. It tasted great. Unfortunately Pete & Bob's do not sell direct to the public. They are wholesalers.Here's the thing though I did not know that. So I called ahead to make sure I was not wasting my time driving out 15 minutes to buy the bread.They called me back within 5 min to say that they could not supply their wonderful bread directly, however, they gave me a name of a bakery in Rydalmere that does.So to all those people pissing and moaning about the terrible customer service, I am not sure what you are on about? Perhaps you are the problem.I am not a cafe or restaurant. I do not have an account with Pete & Bob's and yet they called me back pronto and gave me the information that I needed.Pete & Bob's keep on doing what you are doing. It's great bread. I just wish you could sell to me direct.
