Australia Post - Bellbowrie LPO

This new Post Office is brilliant! Quick and efficient service, friendly and helpful people at the counter (with really useful advice, I might add). Quite a lovely range of cards and gifts. What a difference between this post office and the previous one in Bellbowrie! The review of the awful older post office from years ago should be removed. This new post office is a world of difference!

Makes me hate living in Moggill. Worst service, terrible hours. Your children shouldn't be shop attendants. Hire people that are actually capable of stringing more than two words together.

Zero stars. Worst post office I have ever been to. The scum delivery guy left a card without attempting to knock or ring the bell.Went to collect the package, but I couldn't find my license so was told a picture ID would do.Went again with my passport and was told a picture ID is not enough and need something with a postal address also.No common sense at all.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Proffesional and respectful service with polite attitude. I moved to Ansted a year ago and after finding my local post and reading some comments I have mix of emotions in my head becouse I use post office very often. Shouldn't be because really such a nice people work there.

I have just been to the Post Office at Bellbowrie. This must be the worst Post Office in Australia as there customer service and supplies are just appalling.The shop looks a disgrace to Australia Post and the company should be a shamed that they have this shop and the people running it in Bellbowrie.I got to a locked door at 1059am and they close at 11am. I know that this is cutting it fine and I didn't realise they had locked the door, but the lady behind the counter saw me coming and walk off. They keep on waving at me as I could not open the door and pointing to the closed sign. The lady was serving a customer in the store and the owner was working behind the counter completely ignoring the fact that I was standing at the door.I showed the lady assistant that I just had a small parcel to pick up. No money was being exchanged or anything that would have take too much time.I have worked in customer service and for many clients and customers in the past and would near have treated a customer in this way.I think AU Post you need to do some staff training on customer service and presentation of your stores.This is a horrible store and I hate going to it at the best of times. Close the place down and direct all parcels to Kenmore.

Appalling service and ridiculous opening hours. Every single time I’ve got a delivery I get left with a pickup card despite there being someone home to collect on delivery - a result of the posties being too lazy to even knock on the door. To make this worse, going to the shop is a terrible experience as the staff will make you feel as though you’re ruining their day for collecting the parcel which they didn’t do their job in delivering. Furthermore, after the postie is too lazy to do their job it’s impossible to pick up the parcel during the week as their 9-5 opening hours really don’t serve people who have full time jobs. It’s about time the incompetent manager here takes into consideration the needs of their customers. It’s really frustrating that this is my local post office, I would much rather drive to Kenmore. Quite frankly, the only reason this store is still running is because we have no choice but to go there.

The new post office is wonderful, a pleasure to go there when we need to and very helpful when setting up a new PO Box.

I've been to bad post offices before but this is the worst. They don't know what they're doing or how it works, they are slow, rude and lack in everything a functioning post office needs.I go out of my way to use another one as much as I possibly can they are that terrible.

Lovely helpful staff, so refreshing my last experience at a post office in Kenmore (the one near woolies) was absolutely dreadful, I was so nervous to go to another, however walking in to this one at Moggill I was greeted friendly was able to send my parcels off with no problems. This one is a bit further of a drive for me but will definitely make it as my new post office. Thank you!!

I do not know what happened but as of a week or so ago all the new staff and unbelievably rude, uninformed and stubborn older lady at the counter. Took a phone call to the head office to get a refund on an incorrect service given and then refusing a refund while still at the counter. Also refused another person with a valid ID at the same address to collect a parcel and was stressing how illegal it was to collect a parcel by someone else. Really? This is not what AU Post policy says! I really hope this is just an employee who could be sacked and not a new owner of some kind as we are all doomed in 4070 then!
