The Beauty & Brow Parlour Bentons Square

I have been here many times and usually very happy. Yesterday a new lady was there when I opened the door she yelled to come back in 15 no 20 minutes. I did and there was another lady waiting while she worked at a customer. She loudly told us to clean our face and pointed to a drawer with cleanser.We did and when it was my turn she asked what I wanted but refused to wax unless I waiting waited an hour. I agreed to threading as I'd been waiting so long and I paid and left. In the car I saw several bleeding sores on my top lip and also a very patchy job with brows hardly touched. I won't go back

I have always had a good experience here. I highly recommend beauty on brow, thank you for your great customer service.

My mother went here and she came out in tears. She had a very important event that she was so excited to attend and she went to go and get her brows threaded and tinted. The tint was all over her brows, not neat at all. It was smudged and uneven to the point where my mum thought she was joking when she said she was finished. The lady had to close the salon and turn away customers as she scrubbed at the tinted eyebrows with stain remover for half an hour. I also went here yesterday and they overcharged me. “The price for threading ranges from $12-$18” even though it says nothing of the sort on the pricing out the front. Would never recommend this place again, it hurt immensely to see my mother upset over something so unavoidable. Do better.

Normally I walk out with my eyebrows looking perfect. Except my experience yesterday. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The tint was all over my skin, making my eyebrows look very thick and sluggish. They looked like a green based fake tan on my eyebrows. I walked out of there and got someone to use tint remover to make them semi decent as I had an event in that night. I have never been so disappointed and I hope the customers waiting saw how bad they were. I don’t think I’ll go back there ever

First and last time here. I normally go to their counterparts in Mornington who are so much better, but walking past here I thought I’d try. Not only were they $5 more expensive but they were so rude and did the worst job. I got eyebrow waxing and tinting. In Mornington they always thread as well to get the extra hairs and take much more time and care. None of that here. A half job! Will never be back.

Came to the Beauty and Brow parlour at Benton’s square and the services was shocking. Took the lady forever to come to the door to serve me and told me to wait 5 minutes. There is another lady in the wax room. They need to have two wax rooms if this is the case. Then when she did my eye brow waxing she got wax in my hair so used her Scissors to cut the wax out of my hair. Not happy at all!!

Took my Daughter to get her eyebrows shaped. Person was rude, rough and didn’t even remove anything. When questioned she blamed my daughter and said she only wanted a tidy up. Would never return to this shop, worst customer service and job

I was really hoping I'd be able to raise the review score for this place, I gave them a go thinking they could possibly have up'd their game by taking on bad reviews. I was wrong.Such a patchy job, I'll be making the trip to Frankston in the future.That feeling when they're just going through the motion without actually pulling hair, you know before you even look in the mirror.Wouldn't recommend

I was there on Saturday 9th July for eye brow shopping and tint. During my visit there were 5 clients and one staff member. She went from client to client and never washed her hands or used alcohol sanitizerMy eyebrows are ok but not as well done as usual. I was charged $30 when I questioned the steep rise in price from $22 was told it was due to increased costs.On looking at the companies website $27 was quoted as the cost. Very dissatisfied and very concerned re lack of good hygiene practices! I will not be returning!
