Packing Boxes

We needed packing boxes in a tight time frame. Chose Packing Boxes due to the detailed information on dispatch and shipping times which would ensure the boxes arrived in time. The website advised all orders were dispatched within one business day, and the delivery to our postcode was 2-3 days. We ordered on a Sunday and needed the boxes by the Friday, so five business days. The order was not dispatched until the third business day. The delivery was meant to take 2-3 days. It took 13 days for delivery. During that time, phone calls to the courier company produced no information at all as to the whereabouts of the order. In all, the boxes arrived 15 days after ordering, which was also after we moved. No phone number to contact Packing Boxes, just a webform email. Would not buy through this company again.
