On entering, one staff member on the floor serving a customer. She acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. After looking at product I came to buy, came back to staff member who was still serving. Went to cash register desk. I was only customer in that area. Three staff looking at me but none acknowledged me. Waited a little while then left. If they don't want to sell me a carpet cleaner, happy to go elsewhere. One Star for the floor staff member who was working rather than 'decorating' the store.

My partner and myself decided to get a coffee machine, which we originally brought from harvey norman they didnt have the one we wanted in stock, they said it would b a wk, 4 wks later we r still waiting, decided today to get our money back and go to Good Guys Rockhampton the service we recieved was outstanding, way way better deal than H/N, our assistant CONNER went above and beyond to help us, excellent service, so impressed, left with a machine, thank u Connor .

Wouldn’t recommend this store. Promise call back but don’t was an urgent order told when ordered required. Store manager Steve wouldn’t even take my call for the complaint. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Excellent service today from Josh at the Good Guys Rockhampton - he helped us with advice on a range extender for our home wi-fi, took time to explain the products fully and the differences and gave us good clear instructions regarding set-up options. For oldies like us, that sort of advice and service is invaluable. This is typical of the service we have always received at this store - It is my first port of call and I highly recommend the service and value there.

Ben helped us with the selection and purchase of a fridge and washing machine. It was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Offered us amazing prices on amazing products. Made delivery easy and the removal of the old appliances a breeze. it so easy and cheap for us because we went though the good guys .

Went in the other day looking for a dyson fan. Been hanging around for a good 20 minutes and still, no staff, at all. Then we went to the front desk and ask for a staff. Waited for another 15 mins. Nope, NO ONE came. After been hanging around the store for 45mins, a staff came, a staff who knew absolutely nothing about the product. We ended up going elsewhere, really not impressed.Sent my coffee machine back for repair as it was still under warranty. Waited for over a month and it has never come back. Gave them a call, saying they will escalate this issue and will get back to me within 24-48 hours. Waited for another 2 weeks, heard nothing from them.Called again, saying they will ordered a new coffee machine for me. And said the warehouse would give me a call back on the same day. Yes, NEVER heard back from them again.Called again this morning, asking if there is any update on the machine. Nope, giving me fake promises on “I will get the people from the warehouse to call you back” and ask me maybe I would have to cancel my order? So what now? I have send my coffee machine back just for a donation?How much longer do I have to play this game? As if I am begging you every single day just for an update?If you are not going to call back, stop telling your customers that “I will give you an update within xx hours”.

Always love this place, People are nice, they greet you all the time and very very informative. They were about to close when we got there but they still served us like it was early in the morning especially the tech guy and the lovely lady at the front counter.Thank you guys, will surely be back here again.

Went in to buy a new washing machine.Walked through the store to the display machines. Walked around the machines, 3 times. Just trying to work out which on e to get.2 staff members standing there talking, walked past them twice while looking at machines. Neither one acknowledged me or even made eye contact.Walked back out of the store. Not one staff member said hello even.So went to Harvey Norman. 2 staff members said hello offered help. Brought machine from there
