Rude, know-it-all driver that refused to follow clear instructions to keep off of wet front lawn in a loaded semi (and consequently damaged sub-surface septic system). Filed a claim to be reimbursed for the cost of repairs only to have them send a letter back basically stating that their driver said it wasn't his fault and it's not their problem. Avoid this company and their appalling attitude, especially when it comes to resolving their driver's negligence.

Your driver was blocking the lane and my wife kept asking him to move his truck as she was rushing to pick up the kids from school, he couldn't care less, As a result we had to make different arrangement for someone to pick them up. She then called the police and within minutes he jumped in the truck and took off. I called the company to report it and the lady who took the call was laughing and saying he had to take client signatures before he leaves and making excuses for the driver, seriously!!!This is pathetic, get your drivers to follow the road rules.
