Person who is taking orders need to concentrate more or else atleast give invoice to the customer's, because of that one person's mistake everyone has issue, I have asked for chicken and we got beef. when I spoke with he person at the front they sorry I didn't make the order can you talk with back person, sorry we made the order for what we got on the screen front person made mistake. Worst experienc, looks like this place doesn't have a manager or supervisor.

We ordered at the counter for dine in. The girl called Era taking the orders needs a course in customer service. They didn’t have the sauce I wanted. She said that’s all we have. No sorry we haven’t received supplies yet etc. I kept watching how she treated other customers and it was the same terrible service. Food was fresh but took a long time to come.I do go the rolld at Castle Towers and Hornsby and always get great service.

When I went there today, the meal was good and the service was welcoming, plus it was fast. Attractive and a wide selection of rice paper rolls and bao are available. Tasted delicious and had a fresh flavour, too. Strongly recommended!

Went to grab the 3 soldiers and drink deal. Picked a duck soldier and then they tell me there a 50c surcharge for the ‘premium’ range. I told them this is not stated on the sign at all. They just told me to pay up. This is misleading and something needs to be done about it! Also the soldiers tasted very bland and subpar. A major disgrace and poor interpretation of what Vietnamese food is. Iwill never come back again and everyone should only consider going to a real Vietnamese restaurant in canley heights or cabra to see what real Vietnamese food is. I don’t think this brand will last the test of time!

The food here is great, especially the roast duck rice paper rolls and the Bahn mi. The staff are always friendly and the service is great.

Been here for several times and i gotta be honest. Man the service was great and the food was great. I really love this place. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!

outstanding service they have small size- pho cup which cost $6.9 pretty cheap and quite good choice for my lunch. good service
