My son left his sports back pack with expensive shoes on the bus. The website and phone guide you to fill in the online Lost Property report. Don't bother! The best option is to email customer.service@cdcbus,com,au . I completed both the online report AND sent an email to customer service. I received an email from customer service at the start of the next work day advising the property was located and where I could go to pick it up. The response from the online lost property report was an email saying the property had not been located. Thank you to the Customer Servive team at CDC Bus, we now have the property back. You were awesome!

Lost my backpack with company laptop in it and totally freaked out. Sent an email to the Customer Service Team and received a response very promptly. Backpack was found and retrieved within the same day. A big thank you to the whole team at Hillsbus

Drivers pulling out of the depot without looking for incoming traffic exiting a car park!Queuing across both makes for a disaster.Teach your drivers how to drive in built up areas, it apparent they don’t know or bother to care for others on the road.

I was on a bus that was supposed come earlier than my second bus, yet while I was on the first bus the second bus overtook my bus and so I was stranded with another person at a bus stop. The second bus should have waited. Poor communication between bus drivers.Edit: That was a year ago. And still, they can't pick up their game. What a rubbish company. I am at the same stop again, with my bus missing me. The drivers are hopeless, and the company doesn't change. Useless.

This bus driver refuses to stop at my bus stop which is clearly shown on the time table and has a clearly visible bus stop sign. When addressing this with the driver he removed his driver identification so I can not take his ID number to report him! His driver number is (GU 2792) By law he has to do display his Identification card! I have lodged 2 complaints about this driver refusing to stop at my bus stop. So far both my complains have been ignored.

How do you rate a bus depot? It's big, crowded and busy. Keep away at shift change. Amazing to watch them maneuver the large vehicles around tiny spaces.

Always my faivourite depot they are so polite and kind every time we go in to do installations on their buses, the drivers and yards man go out of their way to greet you with a smile, being installing here for more than 13 years and their always polite and courteous.
