Elena and her Hubby were amazing! I ordered online from Germany and paid with PayPal, for family in Ascot Vale. The flowers were delivered the very next day, free of charge and Elena sent me an email confirmation of delivery, with a photo of the flowers delivered! I could not have asked for better service. Elena took my vague request for something with wattle/other native stuff for National Wattle Day (yay Spring!) and a fairly modest budget and TOTALLY delivered! I also got it delivered, of course, but the result was perfect...along with a hand-written card. Great communication, including a delivery notification. Couldn't be happier.

Elena was an absolute lifesaver! I wasn't originally going to purchase a bunch of flowers as plans had changed multiple times however Elena was able to accomodate for this and provided me with a beautiful bunch of flowers at the last minute. It is evident that Elena took her time in preparing these as the wrapping and presentation of the flowers was neat and the colours looked gorgeous together. Will definitely be purchasing from Elena again when in need, thank you for being so pleasant to deal with :)

Elena was very accommodating. She accepted my order for flowers to be delivered within the area at 5pm on a Sunday. She was a life saver and helped cap my wife's birthday. Flowers were also beautiful. 2 thumbs up for customer service!
