A great home away from home for before and after school care. Tina runs this OOSH by EXCEEDING expectations, and it shows. One child has attended from Kindy to Y6. Second child is currently here. Both enjoy HOOSH as there's plenty of play-based learning activities to keep them occupied.If you’re a family who need support for for isolation, psychology and health, Tina will go out of her way to assist - even when not asked! HOOSH is a safe and good place for kids.

Great place for kids. My son went there for after school care for 6 years and loved every minute he spent there. Staff is awesome, and keep kids engaged in different activities while they are there.

Our daughter has been going to the HOOSH for the past 5 years.Tina is 40 years experienced director, and the HOOSH has been exceeding the national standards every single year.The HOOSH is a non-profitable organisation, run only to bring the care and the joy our children deserve.

Children in this service are currently at the Risk of Harm and NeglectMy son goes to this place and was injured on site he got hit by a snapped rope, broken handle from the bin used as equipment for the game on his face and got cuts on his cheek, under nose, lower forehead, and left eye with bleeding from cheek, nose and cut under nose. My child's health, safety and well-being were compromised due to lack of incompetence staff, lack of duty of care, negligence and inadequate supervision.The Director TINA and HOOSH staff did not act immediately & failed to contact me to inform about my child’s injury. I came to know about the incident and severity when my husband visited to pick up my son from the care.I am currently under in-numerous stress due to my continuous visits to hospital and specialist appointments. As a parent I have gone through serious emotional stress and psychological trauma and still in state of shock and dismay and the reason I am sharing my experience on this platform is that no other parent should go through same episode in their life.Currently Director TINA and staff is not taking any responsibility and washing their hands away by mentioning this event as freak accident. When my child is their care, they are truly responsible to care for my child.The only reason I am giving them one star else there is no option for me to submit this review otherwise

My daughter has been in hoosh for the last 4 years and Hoosh become her second home really quick, it is amazing to see how much a little one love to spend and afternoon after school there!As a working parent is priceless to have peace on mind knowing that your children have the chance of change environment (not being long hours in a school), learn new things with many different activities and have the love that the staff reflect for the kids.A non profit institution that have been serving the community for many many years and definitely a second home.

In 1999 I went to this childcare after school and another child carried a chair and ran into my eye with the chair leg, Tina ran the place back then as well. Still have the scar to this day. I guess this one star review is my sweet revenge, since there was no compensation at the time. Hope the staffing standards have improved since then :)

My 2 children went to Hoosh from Kindergarten to Year 6. My children were always loved and well cared. I always knew that they were safe and this was a paramount consideration for me, when deciding to send them to care. The director and staff were exemplary and their standards in regard to every aspect of the care was outstanding. The biggest problem I had was that neither my children wanted to go home at the end of the day, because they loved being at Hoosh.
