This manager at Mana Care is unprofessional and uses her position to interfere in family matters with residents and there families., instead of managing this aged care facilities to a professional and high standard. At Mana Care the carers who look after the elderly residents only provide basic rudimentary care to residents. and no excuses from the manager will change this situation at Manna Care

Staff nowhere to be found. Residents are leftalone. My mums ring was stolen and after many complaints I'm still told it was my fault.There's no checking or asking for ID when people or visitors come in. No one seems to care and when they are questioned they then threaten to end the ph call. Extremely unprofessional and taking my mum out asap.Do not let your loved ones be placed there..I would put no stars but unfortunately I have to put 1 star

They are doing a great job despite the staff shortage and covid. Staff have been fantastic in looking after my Ma and extra patient with my father. Thank you to you all

I really love this facility one because my dads there and two because all the staff including carers,lifestyle and leisure,management,kitchen hands etc are always kind,considerate,caring,giving and make everyone including my dad,family and me feel very welcome etc

Been using for last 5 years plus.Great gym for elderly. Was council, now under Gov. guidelines now Mannacare, a private enterprise. Not much different.But - excellent staff. Excellent activities.Sundry health services, too.Highly recommend!
