Australia Post - Ingle Farm Post Shop

The workers at Aus Post Ingle Farm are 100% incompetent. They can’t follow simple instructions that were provided to them by their own Aus Post call centre….. I was told by an employee at the Post Office that a manager would call me to sort out a mistake by one of the staff members but noone called me….. I had to follow up myself MULTIPLE TIMES to locate my parcel.No one took ownership of a simple mistake they made.Even the Aus Post Call Centre operator was dumbfounded by the staff at Ingle Farm.The Aus Post staff also don’t wear a name badge otherwise I’d name and shame them. Extremely poor customer service, rude and arrogant…. To the managers of the Post Office, I’d suggest you pretend to fake a smile when serving customers, learn some basic customer service 101 and if you don’t like your jobs then you should quit. Do the customers a favour.

Rude staff! My daughter left in tears after being berated by the female staff over her passport application. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on your customers….move on!

Just really heart broken at the way we were treated today by the reception staff. We went into take a passport photo of our 17 month old. The first photo taken was not so great as the photo captured bits of dad's hands that were holding the bub in place, I noticed this only as I walked out of the post office. Went back in to get the photo taken again or thinking they could select a better photo out of the ones taken. They treated us like a pain, said they are short-staffed and can't spend so much time on taking photos. How is that relevant to providing a quality service??? Had they told us the way to hold the baby first thing, dads fingers would not have appeared in the photo. They re-took another set of photos, here the baby had his mouth opened, again they didn't let us know of this until we went to the screen. Very disappointing and irresponsible behaviour. We left without any proper passport photos because they're too busy to take a proper photo. Will never return to this place ever again.

The worse service ever. Even the appointment was 1000. I was in by 0910 and explained if the 3 application of passport can be done earlier. The shop was EMPTY and 3 staff was standing in front of desk. The only lady refused to help with my request, just be cause the booking is 1000!!!It's just disappointing to be able to help and be flexible in different situations.

Yep, passport lady s**ks. It says on the website Adult Passport Renewals and Passport Photos do not require an appointment". The man with the beard on Sat was nice though. Can't wait for when it's all AI and self-service kiosks so people like passport lady who don't want to be there are out of a job."

Worse experience! Very rude and angry old lady!! She made me 4 year old cry today. she was telling my daughter not to touch any toy in a very bad and rude way. She also was giving my children an angry look. She doesn’t deserve to have a job she needs to be retired already.

Good post office and well organised

Poor attitude and worst customer service by the passport photo taker. We ended up leaving without photos. A proper training is needed for the staff.
