It is absolutely UNNECESSARY to have the dog nail clipping at such an expensive price!! $18 for a 5 minute service??!! This is just GREEDY.Staff are rude and indifferent.MINUS 5 stars.

The staff at this Petstock are really friendly and helpful. Breanna is lovely and was very helpful (thanks Breanna!).They have some animals for adoption and they seem well cared for with a nice living space. They also have a huge range of fish and some reptiles.The live in macaw is very cute.I regularly buy the home brand cat litter which works great, just FYI.

This is my local PETstock and it’s great! So large with a great range of products! The staff are always friendly and helpful. There are products for all different types of pets, plus there are pretty fish you can look at/buy in store!They have an adoption program with cats and dogs, although I’ve only ever seen cats in-store so far. Highly recommend coming here

It is really big here, there are a variety of different pets. shelves look stocked with different pet supplies but they are in sections to the type of pet, so its really easy to find things. The place looks clean with great lighting. I like that they have a grooming centre plus one outside that you can do yourself.

I rang your Petstock Parafield Store, Parafield, S.A. to inquire if they sold Thundershirts, Charli answered the phone & checked availability of sizing & pricing fòr me. She was helpful. When Ì visited the Store to purchase the Thundershirt, Charli fitted out my King Charles Cavapoodle, to make sure it was the correct fit. Tamilka double checked to make sure it was correct. My King Charles Cavapoodle, Murphy was made to feel special & a valued customer. Thank you both for your helpful, caring, & kind attitude shown towards my fur baby. It's greatly appreciated. I can highly recommend this Store & product.

Went in this morning to wash my dogs beds , but unfortunately the pay wave wasn't working I was told I could use coins to operate the machine but they do not do cash outs there and was told to go to Bunnings to get some cois . Maybe you should offer that option and not send me to another shop to do business.
