They were great on the phone but when I got to store they were really just rude. They were busy but that doesn't excuse their rudeness. The mechanics said they would send a quote via email but nothing has been received. Over a week, was ment to be that afternoon. Disappointing Jappo Donks. We will not return

Zac from the shop helped me out big time today as a truckie couldn't make it there during opening hours so they left it in a safe place to grab tonight !

Coming back from Melbourne on the Hume I hit a pothole... So limped into Wodonga for the night.Closest tyre place was Jappo.They had the exact replacement tyre and sorted me out in 15 mins.So a big thanks and I highly recommend them

Replaced a faulty steel rim for me under warranty. No trouble and they were very busy and fitted the rim for me. Would recommend them to all travelling through if they have tyre issues. A1 GUYS.
