I had a store exchange voucher to use, ink got faded as I forget about it in few months ( I am taking about 6 months ), I found it today in my glove box, so I went to Marsden Park store & I was served by Kyle, a nice gentleman who always have smile on face, he tried to lookup but he couldn’t find in the system, then he called the manager Britney, she spend almost 30 mins to look in the system & then she tried to guess the combination of bar code on voucher which was 20 digits code, I was about to give up and say don’t worry you tried enough, but she did not give up, and imagine her guess worked, she guessed the 30 digit voucher number from almost dead ink, she got my voucher reprinted & I used it today, if I was to rank her, I would say she is the best staff Memeber so far I have met at Bunnings although Sydney & it’s not bcoz she got me my $52 voucher back, but because of her positive attitude & she has so much patients left over by end of the day at 7pm, I wish Britney all the best in her life

My husband & I visited the store today and was assisted by Chelee. I cannot express how helpful & knowledgeable Chelee was. We would like thank her & also just to let you know that’s she’s an absolute value to the store. Great mannerism & friendly deposition is amazing.

this place is actually rubbish. first of all, they do not know anything about their own store. for example, we asked if their “head beads 7.5kg” was there smallest size of charcoal and the lady quickly said yes and left. as we were leaving, we see a 4kg bag of the same thing. they were not helpful at all. avoid and go to another one

This Bunnings has one of the best coffees! Apart from that the team are awesome particularly Rose! I was having such a bad day and she just managed to make it better! I don’t work here but makes me feel like I am a part of their team! Best service, tidy branch and friendly staff! Will always be back!

Had a great day shopping here. Had to buy batteries and a few other things. All low prices. Grandkids love to wander round and do the activities. Have my eye on the pergola.

The store has fewer out of stock situations than others but check the website before visiting. Helpful to know the isle number. Less crowded than other stores. Generally fewer assistants.

A well stocked store, however it's hard to find staff if you need help as usual to all Bunnings stores.. located closed to ALDI, IKEA and Lind stores . ..

It is one of the best store, supper convenient & well stuffed. Team is highly professional and very helpful particularly Raheel who can guide you through out according to your need and requirements.Amazing service, never find any difficulty while returning or exchanging products.
