Good mechanic panel beater

Neales panel work is the lowest of the low, he painted the rear bar on my car, the paint has so much dust on it, terrible gaps and the color does not match. he painted the side skirt but damaged the inner door card and put a small tear on the leather seat and damaged the plastics surrounding the seat and door jamb plus the color does not match. He painted the front bar twice because the first attempt was so bad and charged me for painting it twice, the front bar has over spray around the grille and he scratched up the parts of the bar that didnt need painting. Then he painted the front fender and he either touched up his bad paint job with a brush or it is a 2 inch drip, its hard to tell but the worst part is the fender does not match the bonnet, and when i complained his response was, you didnt ask me to make it match the bonnet". I payed this guy $4100!! he was asked to do the best job possible and i told him not to quote the job
