Fail to deliver and fail to rectify issues. Standard practice is to ignore requests to fix their issues.....a year later I pay to have someone else fix their failed hardware installation and properly configure the system.Refuse to respond to emails. Refuse to accept ownership of their poor performance.If you're locked in with this mob, make sure you have clear written system performance expectations before they try to install anything!I lost 3 data points and had to buy my own cables and connect my lounge data points myself.... also paid for a Google driver that wasn't set-up.Over $3,400 of failed installations on top of the cost to repair.

Used eXperience ONE to automate my home and have been impressed not only by the quality of the technology but its personal service as well. Everytime there is an issue, update or new addition to the software, the team responds in a quick and effective manner. I was especially impressed by Simon in the support team who knows exactly what he is doing and can find a solution to any problem that arises. The quality of the install and attention to detail was of the highest standard, and the after sales care has been exceptional.
