Seeing Peter was my last ditch effort before signing up for a lap-band. Loosing weight was one battle I was tired of having. Pete was great....understood my lifestyle, set me up with a very explicit meal plan which I followed to the letter, he suggested a few slight variations that were very practical within my lifestyle and it was effective. I lost weight and maintained for 1 year. I have only recently returned to Pete, to keeping me moving in a healthy direction, and again his plan was practical and effective. Great dietitian, easy to talk to, I never felt judged or embarrassed. Thanks Pete!

With so much literature available on dieting Peter's years of research made it simple to loose half a Kilo per week and eight weeks on the weight has fallen off.
