I walked into this store and was greeted by a big jovial jolly man. He was kind yet peculiar, he seemed to accept my IT illiteracy. I bought a battery bank and now I can watch lots of videos on Facebook from my couch. Cheerio young chaps.

They’re inside Hampton Park Shopping Centre, next to Sugar Buns. Redirected delivery items usually end up here, and most of what they’re selling related to phones and devices. The younger staff member is kind and understanding.

Didn't buy anything from the store. Went to the store to return something to Amazon. The staff wasn't very helpful and wanted me to print a label even though there are clear instructions from Amazon that the store is responsible to print the label. Had an argument and then I gave up and went to a different store where I didn't have the same issue. Wasted my time, energy, mood and fuel.

Fantastic service from Smartronic, had a screen protector installed which was put onto my phone perfectly, also bought some ear pods which are fantastic for the price. Great customer service.
