Westpac Branch Bribie Island

Usually always a pleasure, today Was like all others, just a simple visit. All the staff are very welcoming and beyond helpful....Usually . New staff member was combative with my two points of bussiness saying she couldn't help me. She was beyond negative and very intimidating for no reason. I would never raise my voice or use profanity and this visit was no different. As I also work in customer service . Another woman took care of my business with great ease and positive attitude. I witnessed another client being served by new cranky staff member again with a horrible service manner. Today I contemplated closing my account after years of a good relationship with the company. Staff are the face of the corporation. This staff member is in the wrong industry. I will refuse her service next time I go back.

The ladies here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They make things very easy for the customers. The in office ladies are so cheery and nicely spoken, Mary-anne is especially good at what she does and had made everything smooth sailing. Great little branch and team! :)

Very friendly staff, and willing to help with anything so long as it is within their power. I will using this branch even when I move away.

Trying to ring the branch, can't get through, they don't pick up, phone goes to message bank. I would like to speak to a customer service operator!!! not an answering machine
