They demanded credit card details when I rang them. The guy turned up without any tools to start & came back ten minutes later with them. He couldn’t tell me how much they charged & left within ½ hour. Before I was going to pay the bill, I asked three times by email how they calculate their charge of $242, before I got a reply that they charge $120 service call + $100/hr for a minimum of one hour. While I was asking this, they just charged my credit card for the call, even though their trading terms allowed 7 days to pay. When I objected I was accused of doing this to get a discount & warned not to say anything negative about them.

A company you definitely do not want to deal with. Quoted double price for a job in comparison to the other plumber then proceeded to charge for the actual quote, to the cost of $600 for 2 hours of 'investigation', no work was carried out. When questioned, was rude and a bully, confirming the $220 per hour quote. A completely unethical company.

It has taken me years to find an honest plumber. Finally I have found MT Plumbing. They were on time, courteous, professional and their pricing was reasonable and fair. Time after time I have experienced other plumbers who were dishonest in what they charged and deliberately misleading in what they said needed to be done. With MT Plumbing he knew exactly what the problem was and knew how to fix it....including cleaning up after the work was finished. So nice to deal with honest, professional people.

MT plumbing SHOULD NOT BE USED, their pricing structure is ridiculous. The first call out they use an inexperience or apprentice to do the job, then when you complain the job was unsatisfactory and needs to be rechecked. They call out an experience plumber and charge again a call out fee for their error and add additional costs because the original assessment was incorrect. I have also been overcharged three times, I strongly recommend not to use this company the general manager overcharges.

I used MT plumbing to install a new vanity unit. The plumber named Jack did a wonderful job installing my new vanity. Very happy with the service. I will be using MT Plumbing again. I highly recommend MT Plumbing and also referring them to my friends.

MT Plumbing were easy to deal with over the phone. Quickly attended site within the hour and quoted me a upfront price which was found to be reasonable. Once I accepted the quote they repaired the issue the same day.Would highly recommend MT Plumbing for anyone looking for plumber to attend any issue without any fuss and carry out a quality works.

Was told our emergency plumbing issues “couldn’t be resolved today because it is an inconvenient day to assist you as our Christmas party is on”. Would expect that the designated emergency plumber for our apartment building would be available for emergencies but evidently not the case. Guess my flooding kitchen and water damaged carpet isn’t considered more important than a party.
