I did not get my solar done by Sky power, but I got quotes from Charles and he was very courteous and professional.. Thank you Charles, you are a thorough gentleman.

Charles is a nice person and treated me well. Note however a few details about the installation he sold in February 2019 at our home in Point Cook. Installation was reviewed by the Clean Energy Regulator in November 2019 resulting in following faults: 1) Array and inverter wiring not adequately protected from fauna. 2) DC isolator enclosure not suitably installed to prevent water ingress. 3) DC isolator not readily available. 4) Cables and wiring not securely fixed to minimise movement. The installation company is located in St. Kilda (not West Melbourne), and it took them 6 trips on 6 different days to perform a small residential installation. No comments from the installation company in regards to the faults discovered by the Clean Energy Regulator, which had to be fixed later on at additional cost. Would have been probably overall less of a hassle to contract initially from the larger solar company. Overall, I am very happy we have solar panels installed.

A guy from India calls and tries to sell solar panels. When we asked where did they receive our contact details, he asked us to google Harvey from Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods, who gave our information to them. Never met Harvey! Sounds like a scam.

Charles and his team, put simply, did a great job.They supplied a competitive quote on quality products, ensured minimal disruption during installation, corrected an aesthetic installation issue promptly and really stepped up on the after sales service to remedy a warranty issue.Highly recommend using Sky Power Energy .
