I have never been to this kind of stupid dry cleaner before. They are very rude and treat you like a fool.If you come here to change your trousers, they will definitely let you down.They just ruined a 600$ pair of pants.

If I could give The Green Dry Cleaners a ZERO rating, I would.I dropped my bridesmaid dress in for an overnight dry clean two days before a wedding.I returned the following day at the time specified to me by The Green Dry Cleaners. The young lady working there could not find my dress and told me to wait another day. I explained the wedding would be happening tomorrow afternoon. She quickly called her manager, my dress magically appeared wrapped in plastic, and I took it to the wedding.The day of the wedding, I unwrapped the dress to find that it had not been cleaned at all. It smelled worse than when I had dropped it off. I am certain they took my dress and money, did nothing, and returned it. I spent the morning of the wedding washing the dress by hand and hanging it onto a ceiling fan to air dry.

A brand new Calvin Klein dress worn one came back with more stains than it started with. Pathetic customer service and lies. Assured me they'd ring Calvin Klein to get care instructions as no care label. It came back with no change to stain. Again assured they'd ring Calvin Klein and said they'd re-do garment. Then said they would never do that for a customer when it came back with MORE STAINS. Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional customer service!

Clothes came back with a VERY STRONG (unpleasant) chemical ordour, and one of my sweaters had colour transfers after the dry cleaning. Brought back to the store but the after-service was poor too. DO NOT RECOMMEND. First and last time there.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I had 3 pairs of pants hemmed. One of them was correct, but the other two (same brand, style but different colours) were short. I asked them to correct them by just lengthening the other two by a half inch. They refused because they measured the inseam and said it was the same, even though they were not. Absolutely refused to help me, even though I paid a pretty dear price for the alterations. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!

Cloth comes back as un washed, with a note saids can’t take the stain off, but even the stain can’t come off it should been ironed and cleaned the rest part. But it is not seems like been touched at all. No ironing not clean on the rest area. The staff even didn’t tell me what is going on until i got home and find out this. Very disappointed. They took the money and didn’t do the job, and don’t tell you why

Paid for a coat to be cleaned and came back just as dirty. AND because you have to pay upfront... I could not get my money back. I demanded to speak to a manager. Of course no manager is present. Left my details to be contacted, it’s been months. Do not use this dry cleaner. They are not “green” they use plastic and the customer service is horrendous

PSA to everyone! Do not use this dry cleaner ever! Went there to have some garments cleaned and a pair of brand new pants to be modified. The dry cleaning prices are some of the most expensive in the area. I chose not to get the cleaning done but I did arrange to have my brand new pants modified(note that this place makes you pay in advance). I went back the following day to collect brand new pants and they had been modified correctly but had been damaged in the process. When I questioned them about this they refused to take any responsibity for their mistake and refused to give a refund. The lady behind the counter was clueless and didnt understand why I was unhappy. This is a reminder for everyone to check reviews before using a poor service. I hope no one has to deal with this very unprofessional company ever.

now known as lakis dry cleaning, do not go here go anywhere else but here. they have rude and unprofessional staff, i’m a customer not an animal don’t shout at me for a job that YOU did wrong. so overpriced and doesn’t even dry clean properly, stains still remained on my items, cant even get the job done. new employee overcharged me by $60 and they don’t even offer refunds only a credit which lasts 1 week, who even does this? how dodgy can u get? this is a dodgy company who have no care for their customers and tells me they have to “pay staff wages” as if that’s my fault according to the boss. no wonder they only do upfront payments because they know they can’t dry clean properly. they say they can’t promise anything, ok so what am i paying u for? an ATTEMPT to dry clean? please hire staff who can do their job properly and at least greet u with a smile instead of shouting at u for rightfully requesting a refund. save your money. i wish i could give 0 stars. you’ve just lost 3 customers.

I have had the displeasure of trying to deal with this company. This review is my last resort.My wife took a pair of my expensive suit trousers which were almost new to be cleaned and paid in advance. I went to put them on a few days later for a function we were attending only to find that they had been scorched, the creases front and back were double and the general condition was far worse than when they went in. When we tried to get some answers from the staff they just ignored the problem. I was unable to speak to or get the phone number of the manager or someone in charge. They could not or would not give me the number of the head office. I managed to get an email address. I have sent three emails regarding this and have just been ignored.If you value your clothing I hope this review will deter you from using this company.Most unhappy.Below is their response after I contacted Office of fair Trading.
