GP Discount Pharmacy Sunnybank Hills

As someone who requires ongoing treatment with medication, Pinelands Pharmacy is a great option for me. The staff are friendly and more than helpful. I will admit that some other pharmacies do have cheaper prices, but I'm more than happy to pay extra for the service and convenience. They are open until late which is very handy. All in all, very happy all round

Not helpful.It's more important to do their paperworks than helping sick customer in front of them.One of the lady pharmacist had some food in her mouth while we were talking.They didn't even wear masks.

quickly ducked in here after doing my shopping thinking it would be a nice fast transaction. How wrong I was. The poor lady at the counter, did as best she could but the pharmacy was understaffed. The pharmacy assistant was looking after both the front counter and the back counters, so after serving someone at the back counter she then had to walk to the front counter to process their transaction. I waited a good 10 mins for this to occur, the whole time the actual pharmacist was standing 1m away from me, typing on the computer! Surely it would be good customer service for her to come and serve me as she saw me waiting at the back counter for the whole 10 mins. She also scolded the pharmacy assistant for leaving something on the counter, which seemed unfair considering the pharmacy assistant was already trying to do the job of 3 people. The pharmacy assistant herself was lovely and did a good job, despite the management of this business being so poor.

Rude.Given letter from own GP and disagrees with it, refused to allow vaccine.This is even after confirming on phone a week earlier, supplying exactly what was asked for, then still think they know better then a doctor.I have never before recommended to others to not go somewhere until now.Will never go here again.A little free Legal advise. A Doctors Certificate, or Letter is effective from the date on the Certificate, or Letter, unless specified otherwise.This was planned to a health/medical risk as I am travelling in 14 days.

Great Pharmacy and excellent service!I was having a difficult time getting my sons medications. The Pharmacist went above a beyond to ensure we were able to get the medication we needed, she even arranged an alternative option until our regular dosage was available.It was such a relief when our local advised there was nothing they could do.Thanks again, we are so grateful for the service we received.

This is my go to chemist, I always get greeted warmly and I feel the staff truly care about their customers. I always leave happy! Katrina’s customer service is exemplary!

Great little pharmacy, they tend to what you need as they will take the time to listen to you explain it, unlike chemist warehouse. They get to know the people that come through their door so even if the service ends us being slow" for me (as one rater commented) I wouldn't care because again the people here are awesome
