Waited 35 mins for a coffee and an avocado & cream cheese bagel…….only for the bagel to be stone cold. Coffee was not bad. Service was extremely average.Opted for McDonald’s the next day instead of wasting time on this place!

Off the main drag, out of the way but worth a visit. Great coffee, great staff, a very popular spot for the locals. Highly recommended.

I was not impressed with how long it took to make a couple of coffees, a salmon & wasabi cream bagel (which had no wasabi in it) and a smashed avo with spices on Turkish (which came on a bagel). 40 minutes to spread toppings on bagels and not even heat them. Not to mention the bagels were stale. Definitely never going back there again.

Very hip cafe with great area for kids to play. Good selection of Gluten Free baked goods in the cabinet.

Terrible experience. We waited almost 40 minutes with no meal, only to approach them inside to say so, when I was told that they got busy". They got busy doing every other order after ours instead of ours. I told them that we're leaving and was told that they will do our meals as take away instead. Only to realise that our orders were wrong. There's no phone number for the business

Great coffee brewers. Its a must visit if your in Emerald. I love there lattes and they even make delicious toasties! You should also check out their other shop The Sensory" which has ice-creams sometimes! All of their food and drinks is worth more than they sell for than I think it should. But none the less their a great shop and deserve more credit."

Best coffee in Emerald, a little off the beaten track, but what a good find! Better coffee and customer service than anywhere else in town. Pete also knows his locals very well. Sweet treats from the cabinet were lovely and we returned for a second visit to try the bagels - top shelf! Would definitely recommend when stopping in at Emerald.

We hit the jackpot! Didn’t expect to find such good coffee in a regional area. Our Latte’s made with Milk Lab Almond were on point, great flavour, smooth with no bitter aftertaste.Congratulations Shelfield team, you nailed it.If you are a coffee lover passing through Emerald, definitely stop and get a brew here.
