Wendy at the start of our journey was genuine , incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Making first time landlords feel comfortable informed and things we cared about for our property taken into account. We were not pushed at any point into making a decision to pick Wendy she talked the facts and left it with us and also when requested a email for the first correspondence the direction was followed Wendy was the only real estate out of 4 to respect our wishes even at the start before meeting with us which put Wendy in the front running box for our investment. Wendy was upfront and honest we knew where we stood and what we needed to do from the start. Since gaining our property Wendy and Kim have been great communicators keeping us informed as soon as anything arises and we can not fault the thoroughness and commitment to ensure all parties us the owner and the tenants are all happy. We truly feel like we have the BEST tenants and that was due to the process from Wendy and team , we are happy and hope our tenants are too

Probably the best real estate that has looked after myself and my family for a long time, Wendy is down to earth and hard, straight to the point, and dose not lead you astray, but at the same time shows quite a lot of compassion as well as being fair and listens too the tenants side of everything too.
