Very poor experience with this company! Brought a TV from them which I then had to take back 6 days later because the picture stopped working. They fixed the problem however the complete lack of professionalism in the process was appalling. I rang up and was told it would take 45 mins to fix, I told them I could only stay that length as I had to work, they promised it would be fixed. They mucked me around for 1.5hrs then proceeded to tell me it still wasn’t complete and I would need to come back. It is an hr round trip for me to get to their shop which they knew about. When they called to tell me the job was completed the man stopped the conversation mid way through to talk to someone in the shop without apology. Do not recommend.

Unbelievable prices and range of stock for the whole family, I had to come back a second time just to see everything.The young fella working there is very good with advice and help in general, just watch out for him, his that good that he almost sold me half of the shop.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO BUY DRONES FROM HERE THERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. NOT HELFUL AT ALL!!I was sold a faulty good and NOT COMPENSATED FOR IT. IT SMASHED MY CAR WINDOW AND ALL I GOT WAS A RUN AROUND FROM THE MANAGERS AND HE WAS RUDE AND DID NOT CARE TO HELP AT ALL WITH A REFUND ! WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would, everything I bought from there (5 items, oven, microwave, front loader washing machine, vacuum cleaner, egg chair) all stuffed. OVEN: Ist oven had large dent on side, didn't see on purchase as stock on either side, Exchange, when I got the second oven home was used, rust spots on front and a layer of fat inside..returned .. Convection microwave.., outer box correct ,inside box, inverter microwave, washing machine, balance off when no clothes inside machine, walked half way across my laundry on spin cycle, drum appears to be out of shape.... vacuum cleaner had foreign plug, had to get an adapter. egg chair already falling apart after a week...... sheesh

Pretty unhappy to come in to the store again today to purchase a letterbox.. listed for $5.I presented my card to be told there is a minimum eftpos of $20"Im 7 months pregnant and it took effort to even get in and out of the car. There was no offer to charge a fee for the low eftpos charge... he was happy to watch me waddle away when I didnt need to spend $20 on other items just to use card
