Worst company to deal with, waiting for our refund of our money for goods never received. Been 2 weeks and saying our money will be returned. Still waiting and no proof of our money refund process has even begun!.It’s hard dealing with this company!Happy to take your money but hard to return when you want your money back for goods/products not received!!Very quick to ask back their “free gift” in closing the sale as well!! Be careful buying from OSIM!!!Dealing with Elsey and Lee has been a nightmare!

Amazing Ujolly the best I have ever come across, tried others but this is 100% spot on! It’s worth every $$, don’t buy cheap massage products it’s not worth the money! The customer service is great too, very helpful!

Very ordinary. 7 months and still trying to arrange pickup of chair. They won’t let me pay on pickup at my discretion which is frustrating considering invoices have spelling errors and I’m concerned about transferring money to a scammer account. Hoping the chair is good if we ever get it.

I have regular tight shoulder and neck muscle issues and spend a lot of Chinese massage and Chiro. The full back chair will save me money over time and I like the strength of the massage and tapping options for deep tissue massage.
