Highly recommend. Optometrist Diane especially thorough in her explanations, available for my concerns post-cataract surgery, and considerate of my autistic sensitivities. Great to see a workplace of authentic, caring human beings rather than sales robots.

Made me feel welcome and comfortable, staff knows how to treat people kindly, and understood my needs. I can suffer from anxiety at different levels depending on how I’m feeling or what’s happening. Everyone helped that experience be much better.

The service and experience I thought was good. What I found disappointing was I had two pairs of glasses that where only a year old that i wanted to change the lens in due to a new prescription. The glasses had originally been bought from specsavers and where still on sale there. One of them the Timberland eco line is sold on their environmental virtues. So when i tried to reuse my old frames, the best form of recycling, I was told it would cost me more than buying new glasses! Not even the same, more, if I tried to reuse my frames! Come on Specsavers you can do better, we don’t need perfectly good frames being sent to landfill. You espouse the environmental virtues of your frames, you should really walk the environmental walk rather than just talk a good game!

Attended Hobart Specsavers unannounced. Was greeted by Laeeqa, who was very helpful. Glasses were fixed in very little time with my other pair, also quickly adjusted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought 2 pair of glasses today. Angela helped me, she was so very kind and helpful. Just fantastic. Thanks a bunch and look forward to picking up the glasses.

Brooke the manager is amazing. Always so welcoming, helpful and efficient. The optometrists are thorough, on time and really nice. Great service.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Absolutely appalling service. Cancelling 3 appointments just before they are to occur. Had to take the day off work for nothing. One very distraught child. I will never ever use your services again. Absolutely disgraceful

Bought my glasses in Melbourne … down in Hobart for a few days… screws a bit loose.. glasses… not me… popped in and Josh kindly fixed for me on the spot… great service
