I love this shop however today I was 'served' by what my mum would describe as a miserable moose. It was plainly obvious that the younger girl was trying to make up for the lack of enthusiasm from her co-worker.This lady juat really looked like she hated her life or her job or both.My friend and I both walked out and said what on earth was her problem...This needs addressing by the looks of other reviews here.

Walked in twice, over twenty minutes no service despite the fact three staff were chatting behind the counter. Disorganized displays which needed work. During twenty minutes the only time staff spoke to a customer was when I told them why I would not be buying there.Sad as bad staff will ruin it.
