I’ve been multiple times and never been very happy with the outcomes- they always have bubbles or they’re wonky and different sizes, but my most recent experience prompted me to write this.Three different nail ladies worked on my nails, all but one bit were rude and talking about my nails, they filed off so much of my natural nails I was in tears when taking them off, my nails have red patches and now burn in warm water and sting in cold water. I chose my colours and still had to repeat my choices as they wouldn’t listen and kept trying to use one colour. They were all different sizes, they were messy and not even the right or same shape. I asked for a coffin shape and got almost oval. Awful experience will not be back, my nails will take ages to regrow healthy again. Would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 10 minutes while my sister was already finished getting her shellac, as soon as someone else walked in they started on her. Will never come back don’t waste your time or money. Extremely rude staff also

honestly the most nasty rude staff you will ever meet. asked for a pedi and it seemed like a big problem, literally burnt my nails while trying to take the shellac off and didnt care one bit. i do not know how they are even in business still because by the sounds of things its not just me who has problems with them . a two year old would be nicer then 90% of the staff in here, absolutely shameful .

First time getting my nails done there, pedicure wasn’t too bad 4/5 however they seemed very rushed, my nails did not look very nice the acrylics are different lengths and wonky and they feel fragile. I also asked if I could get ombré from the start as they where switching, however when they were switching around from different people there was obviously a lack of communication as when it came time for colour the lady simply told me i couldn’t get what I had originally asked for, me not knowing they had to do a different technique before hand as I have never had ombré before. I Would highly not recommend getting my nails done there ever again.

My close friend and I went there and had a girls day to get our nails and toes done. When my friend was getting her nails done she just got normal nail polish on her nails and thought they would dry them with the light, no they dry them with the fan they have there. The lady doing her nails didn’t even put her under the fan to dry them when she was finished painting them, my friend went to the bathroom and sent me photos of them after because they didn’t dry them after finishing them. Then my friend came back in and got them fixed and they were talking about her in their language and laughing about it when they don’t even know what she is going through. I got acrylic nails put on and when I got home they didn’t clean up under my nails from filling them and they are so thin I can easier break them off, nails are also different lengths as well and some are wonky. Very rude and can not understand that gel polish can be used for shellac as well as normal polish. Very disappointed when they laughed about my friend when she came back in and got her nails fixed. Don’t recommend and won’t be coming back

Worst nail experience. I had my nails done there today, and the coat’s uneven, cracked and untidy. Won’t recommend to anyone. Bad customer service as well. Staff just left without a word

My sister and I are visiting Yeppoon and went to Helen’s Nails for standard pedicure spa. The leg scrubs and masks were good (3/5), the foot massage was great (5/5) but the quality of the shellac was really not good. Uneven coats, exposed nail (after 3 coats??) and it really quickly chipped off. I have never had this issue with shellac before. I’d try the other nail venues around Yeppoon and Rockhampton before coming back here again.
