If you are thinking about updating your current vehicle go & see the wonderful team even if it’s just to have a cuppa. Nathan & the whole team love selling cars as much as they love making you feel welcome with a cuppa of your choice. They even cater for non dairy clients which impressed me. My husband loves his new Mazda BT 50 SP 4x4. We have never owned a Mazda & we just went for a look. We were pleasantly surprised. The team met all our expectations & more. I took my car for service, some parts need it They tried to find original They couldn't find then tried purchesed out off market but didn't fit,Then ordered from oversees. I had to wait 4 weeks, It would be very difficult for me to be without a car. However, they gave me their own campaign car until my car was repaired. I really thank them very much, I bought my car there, they gave a nice discount at that time, The employees are extremely positive and friendly, Everything I expected from the auto gallery was done. They deserve 5 stars.

The atmosphere is somewhat cold and buisness-like but I guess that's normal when you're going to buy a car lolThey do offer you a nice cup of coffee while the paperwork is being drawn up and the coffee quality is lovely!It's located on a busy road, so be careful of small children and watch your step.

Organised an inspection with them through Carsales to purchase my car. Appointment was scheduled for 10:00am on a Monday because apparently they were too busy somehow all the previous week. Got there 10 minutes before the appointment time. Was kept waiting without explanation for half an hour. Eventually left as apparently my time is worth nothing. Even served a lady that arrived after me. Made to wait almost a week to do this and I can be on time and they just can’t be bothered. I will not have my time wasted like that. Won’t be getting my business. Should have listened to the warnings my friends gave me from their dealings. Heard great things about Macarthur Mazda. I think I’ll give them the opportunity instead.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Wollongong Mazda! Great service and great staff. Leo was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on offer and took the time to explain everything in detail, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The team were all friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere throughout my visit.

EDIT**After I posted this review - we suddenly got a call saying they’ve put 20 hours into it….how convenient for them. But also, that’s them saying they can’t diagnose a Mazda in 25+ hours? For a Mazda dealership that’s highly concerning.If anyone else has had any horrible experience with Wollongong Mazda please contact me via this account, as we are going to the media and are happy to include other peoples experiences too.Original:Clearly I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option. Have had my Mazda for a month. 3 weeks in had only spent 1 hour on it. No urgency, no apologies, no acknowledgment, we are having to call them to chase up what’s going on? - they still have it, but just urging everyone else not to go there. During this time I’ve heard so many stories from the community about how unethical they are. Really horrible. Also very funny that someone left a bad review for Catherine, then obviously someone from Mazda left a review straight after saying how good Catherine is haha (again, showing how unethical they are).

I was wanting to buy a new Mazda 6 and I found the car I wanted at Wollongong Mazda.My first phone call I was lucky enough to talk to Kristie Siri, from then onwards I was made to feel at home.Kristie is a very experience Sales person with a lot of personality.No deal is too hard for her and she always keeps in contact with you.When they reached the price I was happy with Kristie went another step forward and sent me a video of the car I was buying.I finally got to meet all the team and they all have the same professional expertise and friendly personality.If you are looking to buy a Mazda I strongly suggest you try Wollongong MazdaWell done Kristie

I bought a brand new Mazda here and the whole entire process was incredible. They helped me with pricing, were so accommodating, had everything ready and set me up to be on the road straight away. It is obviously too easy to sell cars at moment..... My father-in-law drove into your dealership earlier this week to commence the process of buying his new car. On arriving he was asked by one of your employees what he was doing and told to find a parking spot offsite as there was no on site customer parking. After spending 10 minutes driving around, looking around for a parking spot he went home disappointed. My wife even followed up with an email, but received no response. Guaranteed lost sale....

Purchased 5 Mazdas new and have been a loyal customer at this dealership for over 12 years. Purchased my latest car CX5 just in December 2022.Recently my other car, a Mazda 6 has been nothing but unreliable and riddled with major premature failures. First major problem occured after the transmission main bearing failed. Mazda Australia nor the dealership wanted to help, which cost $4000 to repair. A well-documented and well-known issue with the Mazda 6.I recently got a Check engine light, so I contacted the service department as I was concerned. I was told to wait a month before they would look at the car. I was forced to pay to have the car towed to the dealership otherwise I'd have to wait. A split in the inter-cooler hose and eas charged $750. Drove out the door and back in after the car clearly has more issues.Now the turbocharger has been identified of premature failure, this time with a price tag of repair of over $7,500. Mazda Wollogong's advice from service manager is I'd sell the car as is".Great advice from and peace of mind if you are in the market for a Mazda
