Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort
5 stars for this hotel.I have been here many times for work functions, as well as for my own leisure. Novotel is a great way to enjoy your weekend or time in Cairns CBD.Outdoor and functional areas are quite great. The pool area is equipped with a poolside bar and areas to accommodate for a nice relaxing time, with friends, family and childrenI have yet to book a room here, but I know a few staff workers from friendship circles and have only heard great things about their service and standard of care that they put into maintaining this resort.I would highly recommend visiting this resort. You won't regret it.

Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort
We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Cairns. The pool and organised kids activities were a big hit with the little ones, while the adults enjoyed happy hour at the swim up pool bar. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to in Cairns. We had connecting hotel rooms which were spacious and luxurious. The service was excellent and we found a bottle of champagne and a piece of cake in our room on arrival in celebration of my husband's birthday.

I really loved this place with my family. Have kids 5 and 2. The facilities are great, but the stand-out is the customer service and the accommodating attitude from everyone, the place is welcoming, friendly, and made us all feel like the home, away from home. People don't leave reviews when it is an amazing experice but they should. Thank you Novotel. See you next time. x

Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort
Traveled for work and didn't stay that long but I'd probably come here again, though the place isn't perfect.Facilities-wise, it has more or less everything you'd want - pool, poolside bar, gym, restaurant, breakfast buffet etc.. It's obvious to me that the building itself is rather old, even though they have done a lot of works to renovate and refurbish the place - something I can appreciate.I can vouch for the service though - when the TV remote batteries went flat reception were responsive and happy to help when I called them, swiftly dealing with the issue.A pretty nice hotel, but I'm not sure if it's quite 4.5 Star.

Great pool. Rooms were very good but couldn't use balcony as it was wet from air con leaking from above. Food was disappointing from restaurant, Hawaiian pizza was badly burnt on bottom and had little pineapple. Special on Thursday for pineapple parmy had NO pineapple! Staff very friendly.

Great, stay at the Novotel with fantastic service, comfortable bed, shower and pool. Pool bar service was amazing, cocktails are delicious as well as bar food. Buffet breakfast had loads of options, food was fresh and replinshed and the area was clean tidy.

Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort
We had an amazing time here at the Novotel. My friends and I stayed for 9 days and not once did we have any issues with anything. This hotel is in the perfect location in Cairns, it’s in walking distance of so many great attractions, amazing restaurants and activities, however the best thing my friends and I thought about this hotel, was easily the food and drinks. The hotel restaurant ‘Moku’ had not one disappointing meal. All the meals we tried were great! And the drinks and cocktails were always made perfectly as well. We already cannot wait to come back.

Everything was fine. The room was simple, though a bit on the small side. Nevertheless it was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area is quite nice. The location is great.Food at the restaurant was OK, but not amazing by any stretch of imagination. Breakfast was pretty mediocre.I'd stay again but the overall guest experience was just good"

Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort
Friendly and welcoming service. The hotel overall and rooms in particular are quite dated and sort of our of fashion. The rooms are very sad and unwelcoming and require a maintenance (broken curtain hooks, spitting showerhead, etc.).The gym has limited space and equipment. Two out of two treadmills were out of order.The restaurant is more of a pub style eatery with very basic food. However, I did enjoy my seitan steak.

Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort
We stayed for 5 nights and Deb was fantastic with the kids activities, however I must say Jeremy was the rudest member of staff. Also had we known the pool and pool bar was open to the public, we would’ve thought twice about staying here. All the pommie back packers come in taking up all of the seats around the pool drinking and being very loud was disappointing.
