HiTeam ,my building contract signed in march 2021Building permit and work started in November 2021.Except slab, all stages delayedFrame stage was worst as some of the roof left uncovered for Months due to this rain water going in and detreated some of the portions of frame was soaked in water, few section changed but most left as it is saying it will be all rightInitial date was given by then site supervisor was September 2022.but work didn't progress and finished as expected.Then been told to get keys by Christmas for this we made some compromise like balcony balustrade glass meant to be free standing with bolts on, office said it Will be 3 months wait time if we need this type while this upgrade made at initial stage with all delays you didn't get time to order the items. Well we said yes to this with no otherChoice.. But didn't get the house by Christmas blaming south east water didn't supply the tank and they are busy. Actually our site was not ready for installation.As I was prepared for my side works like flooring and concrete and air condition installation, site supervisor allowed me to do these works during Christmas holidaysAnd by this time 95 %construction was finished.. I had been told that 3rd week of January 2023 I will have keys.But after second week didn't see the previous site supervisor, then comes the new team...its been nearly 3 Months till today hardly few small jobs done.Southeast waters Tank installation preparation been a big joke..Firstly concrete not done properly with plumbing pipes, then concrete cut and removed, concrete done for second time with missing drain again. Portion of concrete cut again to provide missing plumbing and now waiting on concrete to go again..What a fantastic understanding of workThen gutter... Its not prepared to requirements like gutter stops and gutter guard were missed. This new team said they searched all over Victoria for gutter people do this job but didn't get anyI have to organize some one to do thisafter all this I'm still waiting my touch job and tank installation to complete.These new guys don't like to take my call .hardly reply to my messages.After all this messes and delays I'm paying 5k a Month excess on my bank loan interestAnd been forced to move out from my previous house as this guys not given my house in time.Spending sleepless nights in a shared accommodation.going to office weekly few timesActually I should be showing off my frustration on the company but this office guys been very rude with me few timesNo of times took time off from work to go to their office and .had Meetings , each time I had been told my job will finish in week time and get my keys, but waiting continues ...This what you do to the families ,who trust and put our life in your hand?You are not only building the house there is so much connected with this like our financial, emotional, health and well beings.We had sent number of mails to admin requesting to meet the owner but they didn't replay or get an appointmentNeed owner attention and our house keys as soon as possibleRegardsMaha and family907 tunnel courtLyndhurst

Where do I begin..Firstly do not consider building with this builder! The lack of communication, professionalism and care factor is 0. I had handover Christmas week 2022 with afew handover items to be rectified. We are now in June 2023 and I still haven’t had items rectified. I have sent countless emails to Sarah, Simon and the maintenance team and I’m even responding to me own emails .I was telling my site manager John how to do his job and speaking to him countless times to rectify poor workmanship throughout the build which he thought was defect free.Simon the Construction manager. Again after several emails I still haven’t got any times and dates to rectify defects.The window was dinted early days of the build and I was repeatedly told not to worry it will be fixed. 6 months later at hand over it wasn’t fixed and we signed a handover document with the defect to be fixed asap. 6 months later again and they won’t reply to my emails.Other handover defect item is my front facade master bedroom window. The window was installed totally wrong at frame stage. I made management aware of this and they decide to fix it after hebel and render at fixing stage. The render was damaged and once again I’m still waiting for answers when it will repairedI am very disappointed with the result of the office and on site staff. Matters have been documented and taken further to building authorities

Infinity Homes just finished my house construction even before time and with excellent quality. I hired external Private inspectors for PCI inspection and they were also very satisfied with the quality of the work, apart from few/minor cosmetic issues which were fixed before house handover. Excellent job. I’m writing this review after I’ve moved in and lived for few months. I have bought another block in Geelong and will definitely be building with them once land gets titles. Thanks Infinity homes, keep up the good work

Almost 3 years and the house is nowhere near completion. The site Manager Jaya Prakash, never answer the phone, at times he says I'll call you back, it never happens. He lies at every corner. We went to DBDRV, have waited 10 out of 16 weeks. They suppose to pay $250/week but I suspect that this is never going to happen. Wrote a negative review on their site and they deleted it. Be careful with these people.

We built our home with Infinity Homes recently and could not be happier. Construction was completed under 6 months which is really good considering the current Situation of Lockdowns in Victoria and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and the end result was better than we could have expected. Thank you Infinity for everything, even the after care service has been amazing. Highly recommend Infinity Homes.
