Called in to find a pair of shoes. Was assisted by a lovely store assistant by the name of Hannah. Her dedication to help me find shoes was insane! she called me back multiple times to give me updates on what she has done to help me, despite how busy the store sounded in the background! Props to her! It is honestly so hard to find workers giving this level of customer service!

Christina in the kids section is brilliant. She is so happy and bubbly and extremely helpful. I was looking for a style of shirt and she not only showed me what was on the rack she also went out the back to get a few more styles.. this seems like the obvious thing to do in customer service but it rarely if ever happens. You can tell she truely loves customer service and she made the experience very positive. She should be promoted!

The store itself is great, huge store with good sales. Unfortunately a few of the very young girls who are at the register are very rude. Did not say a single word to me when I was at the counter, not a hello or even tell me the price when paying and continued to have a conversation between themselves. It’s really unprofessional and a simple hello goes a long way. The older workers are nice and helpful.

Not a bad store. But staff are unhelpful. The young girls they hire are unless and very rude. They look at you in a weird way shame as the store is great and a large product range.

I called the customer service today to check in if their hurstville store is open and they said it is open, after keeping me on hold for about 5 minutes. I had no problem waiting but they gave me complete wrong information. I went to the store to find the entire westfield access to be closed. She told me they will be open till 6pm today, however they are closed. Had to go out in this scorching sun for nothing. -_-

trans guy is so so rude yelled at me for no reason, with so much attitude and saw him mouthing such rude things about a old man trying to get this shirt just because he didn’t want to refold them, like it’s your job ?
