The Asian disgruntled face guy who owns this has a arrogant attitude, Cant understand single word he say (why did he purchased this store when he cannot speak its getting hard for us ) Aust post MUST look at his credentials and must have given him training before they handed him the store , hardly care about what you buy, what you spend, you go there basically you have to know what you want to do, and if you ask questions, he is not happy about it. Once I asked him about the International Care Packages, He doesn't even know what that is. Shocking. he denied that such service exist. then I brought him the brochure, not too far from him, and he still stand corrected! hmmmm... very lucky that not a lot cheap postal companies are available in Australia; that's the only reason your business is still here today, because the have-nots and the common budget conscious people only can go to auspost.And last but the least his wife is also same .No manners

The Asian Husband and Wife who works in this Lpo are Despicable and Obnoxious ill Mannered, Uncivilized people . Woman always try to extract the maximum amount of Money from the Customers and is very Greedy and have no training or knowledge in this business and Mostly give wrong advice to the people and finally customers get financially deceived by this awful Woman . Why open a post office when you have no idea how to operate it . You have No morals or ethics and do not care about your customers but only Money Hungry Greed. You are very rude to your customers and have no idea about Most services the post office Provides. Cannot do THIS Thuggery in Australia Anymore . Good Riddance

Always fantastic service and friendly service. The couple that runs this LPO are SO helpful! I've been using this LPO for years and even during covid, they went above and beyond to ensure customer's needs were met! Great to see the new renovations and this LPO is great part of the local community. There is absolutely no language barrier and very welcome to have this couple doing an excellent community service running this LPO. Highly recommend this place for all your AusPost needs and beyond!

The service at the post office is first class. Family owned and run they take great with all of your postal needs. The shop has been recently refurbished and it’s very neat and tidy.I visit here at least 2 - 3 times every week and the service is always great.In addition they have all The Lott facilities and scratchies.There are literally hundreds of cards on-site for every occasion and gift cards to purchase.Highly recommended.

Tiffany and Alex- new owners are wonderful! Always friendly and have picked up the job so quickly! I am disappointed that the previous owners didn’t tell anyone or introduce the new owners to regular customers let alone tell anyone that they had sold the business and retired. I am very happy that Tiffany and Alex are the new owners! Always great service and lovely people!!!!

RUDE - if you come here to pick up a parcel, be warned the wife (couple duo owners) make this process hard for you. I would recommend using other places in the community to avoid being spoken to with absolute disrespect and abuse. If you experience this, please report to Australia Post. They should better open Chinese restaurant not fit to run this place

This Asian Man and bit Older Asian Woman who runs this POST lpo are con Fraudsters and cheat They smell bad Do not get ripped by these Scammers .Australia post will shut them down soon.This is Australia . So follow law hereHard to understand them .Do not go to this horrible and disgusting place.There are other post office in the area and better options

Amazing customer service. Professional and friendly - it’s actually a pleasure to go there. And with good opening hours, it’s really easy to do so.Dean, Trish and all the other staff go out of their way to help. They even make the effort to know customers by name. And they always seem to serve me pretty quickly, with a smile, even when they’re busy. So different from what I’m used to at most other post offices.Plus they have an good stock of home/office/gift items.This is not my closest post office, but I now direct everything through them.

Lovely family run business. I've used their services for over a year now. I prefer to go to them over other post offices due to them always showing care, excellent service, and product knowledge. Super friendly and highly recommended!
