Very crowded, not very accessible in a wheelchair, but a lovely lady shopping in the store assisted me, the staff members did not!

Be very very careful about what you buy. Staff flat out refuse to refund faulty/broken items (that they sold broken) ... even when you return within three days WITH the receipt. Rude staff, non-existent customer service ... finally got a refund after threatening to report them to Fair Trading.

It's a discount store, you get what you pay for, althou I paid $24.99 for a onesy for my grand daughter and the zip broke the first night.

The man in here was horribly rude to me my nan and another lady who asked if he had the little speech cards for primary school speeches he accused my nan of shoplifting multiple times telling her to show him where she left the items she picked up and when she did he would mumble at her and stomp off won't ever be back here again

Will be contacting authorities to Hot bargain Glendale as my partner proved his innocence that he didn’t steal in your store full of racist staff. I’ve emailed Stockland Glendale the day it had happened and I will go further if they don’t take the pictures down! False information, we were shopping for my sons 1st birthday. In the arts n craft section we stayed in the longest, I don’t need to steal $2 beads I’m not desperate to steal we both have high paying job but who cares because the colour of our skin! Shameful.

Be good if the guys working there understood English enuf to assist with enquiries about stock, not just walk off and answer the phone in your language when asked questions, rude much.....
