I was charged a $66 debt recovery fee by the SOCM as well as interest as ParkTrent failed to pay my body corporate fees as per their management agreement. Not only that but at this early stage they are unwilling to cover the costs of that.They are also currently withholding some of my rent in trust and claim that they are not.Everything is hidden. I am a financial adviser and I can tell you, if anyone comes to me asking my thoughts on ParkTrent, the response will be a simple one. Run!! and run fast!!

I've been living next door to one of their noisy drug addict tenants since December 2019. Senior Property Manager Jessica has done the bare minimum to address issues, has lied to me about VCAT applications and hearings and when this was brought to Kelsey's attention with a formal complaint, she did nothing other than defend her. They've not kept the apartment owner informed of the severity of the complaints and transferred the lease into his name after the original tenant left because of all the drugs and partying. Tenant has been apparently ignoring them for months, no inspections and they couldn't care less. Do not trust this organisation to manage your property!

Do not use this real estate!! 3 years no inspections, no phone calls. Sent an eviction notice after been late with rent once. No care in people, try and call them you have to call twice before front desk picks up. Horrible service

Horrible Realestate, specially Dakota Wolens! Do not rent from them! In the middle of the pandemic, in 2020, we were kicked out from our apartment because we were delayed in paying only one month rent. We asked to please if they could give us an extension to pay that but they refused. We ended up being up to date in the rental payment but they said that their decision was already made so we had to leave. Despite we paid our rent, they not only kicked us out but also they kept our bond. We are foreigners and we ended up going back to our country. However, we are back in Melbourne again. Unless they don't want to give us our bond back, see you on court ParkTrent :)

Very bad experience with this firm, I have invested for a property in this firm with Ron Cross. I signed conditional contract Subject to finance" to purchase a flat. I have paid $1995 as ParkTrent properties application fee and $2000 for builders Contract. Which is supposed to be fully refundable. I didn’t get finance for flat. Initially they said they will refund money and it’s with refunds team for 3 weeks. I keep chasing them for update

Absolutely horrendous experience with Parktrent. Had a rental property with them for 5 years and was the worst 5 years I've had with any property manager! They had no one living in my property for the last few months and tried everything to contact Jessica Wiebell to update me but no success. She really couldn't care less. In the end I had to go with a different property manager who found another tenant in the first week and when we tried to contact Jessica for the keys to the property she refused to communicate and give back the keys. It eventually took her 4 weeks to give back the keys only to find out that from 4 sets of keys, 1 was missing, 2 were actually for another property and the only 1 that worked is cracked so we had to get a replacement anyway, $300 down the drain. How incompetent can you be at your job?? Worst experience I've ever had with anyone in my life and all I asked of her was to do her job. Lazy would be an understatement. If you know what's good for you then stay well away!

I bought an off plan apartment from ParkTrent a few year ago. The property was settled recently. I really like to express my appreciation to ParkTrent Melbourne Office for their kind assistance. The team I have been dealing with are so helpful, very professional. I really like to name a few, Celeste, Jon, Micheal, very nice people and great to work with. They secured tenants for me within one week of the settlement, absolutely amasing. Thank you so much ParkTrent for the great service. I highly recommend ParkTrent to my friends and people I know of .

Victorian rental agents are definitively lazy, liars and constantly abuse tenant rights. Stay clear of this company for any reason.Issues escalated to national office. Nobody cares.5 months to get a working garage remote6 months and counting to get a second key.4 months to fix locks of doors that cannot be used causing fire safety issues.Absolutely disgraceful

ParkTrent Properties Group is a highly professional property organisation which is managed very well compared to many of its competitors. The company also holds an excellent leadership team and CEO Ron Cross.

Submitted and application for a property on rent.com.ya and waited but heard no response. Sent an email and it came back undeliverable so I called them. I was asked what property and if it was for sale. I said no it’s for lease and after a pause all I get is “yea that’s an old listing” I said well maybe you should take it down as that’s misleading to people looking for places. “We’ve asked the company to take it down but they haven’t yet” was the response I received. Not good enough as people would apply and wait for nothing except to hear that parktrent are too lazy to even add to the description “PROPERTY NOT AVAILABLE”
